The objective of the dissertation thesis is to search and propose the factors affecting the development of employees including the criteria for observing the development of employees in selected small and medium-sized enterprises and developing employees there. Observing the factors affecting the development of employees is important to the managers in the process of employee development management, it is based on the impulse of developing the employees in order to meet the needs of the enterprise. The dissertation thesis characterizes the human potential, human capital and human resources including the development trends in small and medium-sized enterprises, and the development of education of employees in such enterprises. It analyses strengths and weaknesses of human resource management and the form of human potential development, e. g. the effect of the size of enterprise on the meaning of evaluation of education of employees or whether the education costs affect the economic results of selected small and medium-sized enterprises, using quantitative as well as qualitative research.
The Analysis of Care Given to Employees at Primary School

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe, analyse and evaluate the level of care given to employees at primary school. The theoretical part defines the important chapters and concepts, which are necessary for the following analysis. Its function is to broaden understanding of the care given to the employees and it forms the basis for the practical part. In the following practical part the current state of care given to employees at a specific primary school is evaluated and analysed. A survey was also carried out in order to confirm or refute the situation under examination. At the end, there are a few suggestions on, what the school could do to ensure even greater satisfaction of employees.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe, analyse and evaluate development, education and motivation of employees at a travel agency. The theoretical part defines the important chapters and concepts, which are necessary for the following analysis. In the following practical part the current state of development, education and motivation of employees at a specific russian travel agency is evaluated and analysed with the help of survey. At the end, there are a few suggestions on, what the travel agency could do to ensure even greater satisfaction of employees. This Bachelor's thesis is based on scientific literature devoted to the topic, company internal materials and the author's own experience, which she garnered while working in that particular company.
